- FFR Number: Food Facility Registration (FFR) Number.
- UFI Assistance: USFDA requires foreign food facility to provide an acceptable Unique Facility Identifier (UFI).
- DUNS Assistance: Obtain a DUNS number or update an existing DUNS record.
US-AGENT assignment for USFDA Communications.
- Assisting USFDA in communications with the foreign food facility.
- Prior Notice: Three (3) free Prior Notice filings for your exports to the USA.
- Detention Assistance: Communication with FDA on your behalf to seek the release of a detained shipment.
- Assisting USFDA in scheduling inspections of the foreign food facility and if USFDA is unable to contact the foreign food facility directly or expeditiously, USFDA may provide information or documents to the US -Agent, and such an action shall be considered to be equivalent to providing the same information or documents to the foreign food facility.
